Okay guys, I had a pretty good night! Today I:
Carved a pineapple (SO. GOOD.)
Ate like, a ton of it.
Still had enough for 7 days worth of fruit mixes for Hubster's lunches PLUS two smaller containers for me ;)
Prepped strawberries
Prepped grapes
Assembled 7 fruit mix cups for Hubster's lunches.
Made a fruit smoothie using Coconut Milk, Strawberries that were overripe, frozen pear slices, and agave nectar - so good.
Did the load of laundry we accumulated.
Researched juicing and decided I'll just use a blender and do smoothies!
And I made two delicious bagel, egg, cheese, and bacon sammiches for Hubster and myself :)
I had fun with the fruit prep because my bunnies LOVE getting a little taste of pineapple (2Tbsp each is a max serving, but it's great for their digestion) and adore the strawberry tops and leaves. They're so cute.
Cats can have a little bit of pineapple too, but neither of mine were interested. They were so cute when I offered it, though!
Well, we're off to bed early because we have dinner with family tonight! Ciao!
